David V. Parisi, the CIO Health Founding President and a fractional CIO, is an experienced healthcare executive with over 26 years of technology experience. Prior to founding CIO Health, David held positions as the full-time CIO and HIPAA Security Officer at both CCBHC and FQHC organizations. Additionally, David has also held healthcare leadership roles including Director of Business Intelligence , Director of IT, and Data Manager positions. David holds both Master's and Bachelor's degrees from the University at Buffalo.
